Who we are

This site is operated by Intuit Analytics, the company behind the Indian Insights Company brand. When this page says "we" or "Indian Insights Company", that is who we mean.

What we collect, and only when you give it to us

The only information we collect is what you choose to send through the contact form on this site. That is, the fields on the form:

• Your name
• Your work email
• Your company
• What you would like to talk about (the topic dropdown)
• The best time to call you back, if you fill it in
• The note you write to us
• The page on our site you came from (added automatically so we know which page led you to reach out)

We do not run analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies on this site. The only thing the site stores in your browser is your light or dark theme preference, kept locally in your browser's storage. We never read it.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, and to keep a record of the conversation if it continues. That is it. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with marketing partners, and we do not add you to any newsletter you did not ask for.

Who handles it on the way in

When you submit the form, the data is passed through Web3Forms, the service that delivers the message to our inbox. Web3Forms acts as a data processor only, the data lands in our email and is not used for any other purpose. You can review their privacy policy at web3forms.com/privacy.

The email is delivered to a mailbox owned by Intuit Analytics.

How long we keep it

For as long as the conversation is useful. If we have not spoken in a long time and there is no live engagement, we delete the email and any notes that came from it. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will, and we will confirm when it is done.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we still hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete it

Children

This site is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this page

If we change anything important on this page, we will update the date at the top. There is no separate notification, because we hold so little.
